I create arts with my knife


Well today is a good day for me, first i wake up early in the morning and my cigarettes did not disappear or lose a few sticks =D, second no frigging jam all the way to college and third i managed to complete all dishes in the required time given and avoided getting a scolding from chef =)



Well lets look at some dishes i made in college today




Clam chowder served with perfectly toasted garlic bread

Chowders are chunky, hearty soup that are so full of good things that they sometimes are more like stews than soup. Many types of chowder are simply cream soups or puree soups that are not pureed but left chunky. Life other specialty regional soups, chowders resist categorization. However, most of them are based on fish or shellfish or vegetables, and most contain potatoes and milk or cream.





Nigiri sushi style mango rice pudding








Mango rice pudding is a famous dessert from Thailand, it is cooked with glutinous rice mixed with coconut milk and season to taste. Lastly topped with some mouth-watering mango and served with a special sauce.
