Which one comes first ??? The EGG ? OR the CHICKEN ??

Everyone start our very first dish with an egg example , one little kid holding a cigarette in the hands stares at the kitchen stove and think ... What should he cook for breakfast ? An idea struck his mind " FRIED EGG" . But how easy is it to prepare a variety of dishes with just eggs ? Eggs are delicate foods which are very very hard to handle, let me explain the structure of an egg.

EGG - Oeuf

Eggs are a versatile and highly nutritious food. The shell constitutes the outer surface of the egg. A thin membrane made up of the inner and layer is on the inside of the shell. The air cell at the large end of the egg forms as moisture is lost. The size of the air cell denotes the age of the egg. The egg white is composed of three layers. Next to the shell is a thin soft, white layer, the layer next to it is thick, viscous and white and a thin white layer surrounds the yolk are separating it from the thick white.

The Chalazae is strand of white substance on each side of the yolk that keep the yolk near the center of the egg. The yolk is made up of layers and is separated from the white by a very thin membrane.

Many nutrients required by the human body are found in the egg: Water, Protein, Fats, Minerals, Vitamin A, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin D and Niacin. Lecithin, which contains phosphorus, is found in the egg yolk. There are approximately 74 calories in a whole egg.
